Privacy Policy

Smith & Beck Health Solutions LLC ("Smith & Beck," "we," "us") operates this website at allage.app. This policy describes what we collect here, why, and who else sees it. It is written to describe what this site actually does rather than to reserve rights we do not use.
This policy covers this website only. The Allage™ app is not yet available. When it launches it will have its own privacy policy covering the information you put into it, which is substantially more than this site collects.
What we collect
One thing: your email address, and only if you choose to type it into the waitlist form and submit it.
We do not ask for your name, your location, your allergens, your health information, or anything else. There is nowhere on this site to provide any of it.
What we do with it
We use your email address for one purpose: to tell you when Allage launches, and to send a small number of updates between now and then. That is what you signed up for and that is all we will use it for.
We do not sell email addresses. We do not rent, trade, or share them for anyone else's marketing. We do not share them for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Every message we send includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing removes you from the list.
Who else sees it
We use a small number of outside services to run this site. Each sees only what it needs, and none may use your information for its own purposes.
- Kit (formerly ConvertKit) receives and stores your email address, and delivers the messages we send you.
- Netlify hosts this site. Like any web host, its servers record technical information about requests — IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces this site uses. Your browser requests them from Google's servers, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads.
We do not share information with anyone else, except where we are required to by law.
What this site does not do
This site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no third-party tracking of any kind. It sets no cookies of its own. We do not know who you are unless you tell us by joining the waitlist, and we do not follow you to other websites.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe, or until you ask us to delete it, or until the waitlist has served its purpose and we close it. Netlify retains server logs according to its own schedule; we do not keep a separate copy.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to receive a copy, to have it corrected or deleted, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information.
To make a request, email admin@smithandbeck.com. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.
Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has joined the waitlist, contact us and we will delete the address.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, and we hold very little of it here. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the effective date above. If we begin collecting information in a new way, we will describe it here before we start.
