These terms govern your use of allage.app, operated by Smith & Beck Health Solutions LLC ("Smith & Beck," "we," "us"). By using this site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What this site is

This site describes Allage™, a product in development, and allows you to join a waitlist to be told when it launches. It is a source of information about a forthcoming product and nothing more.

This site does not provide medical or clinical advice

Nothing on this site is medical advice, clinical guidance, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing here establishes a pharmacist-patient or provider-patient relationship. Our founders are licensed pharmacists, but they are not acting as your pharmacist through this website.

Always consult a qualified clinician or pharmacist about your own health, and never disregard or delay professional advice because of something you read here.

Statements about the product

Allage is in development. Descriptions of what it will do reflect our current plans, not commitments. Features, pricing, availability, and timing may change, and some described capabilities may arrive after launch or not at all. Joining the waitlist creates no obligation on either side — you are not purchasing anything, and we are not promising you access.

The waitlist

Submitting your email address adds you to a list we use to send launch news and occasional updates. Every message includes an unsubscribe link. We may close the waitlist at any time. How we handle your address is described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, images, layout, and design — belongs to Smith & Beck Health Solutions LLC or is used with permission. Allage™ is a trademark of Smith & Beck Health Solutions LLC.

You may read, share, and link to this site. You may not copy, republish, or adapt its content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to disrupt this site, gain unauthorized access to it, submit email addresses that are not yours, or use automated means to submit the form.

No warranties

This site is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smith & Beck Health Solutions LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, whether or not we have been advised that such damages are possible.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising from them will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Missouri, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
